Q: How the mail is getting forwarded?
A: We will collect your mail and then forward it to you or any other destination that you request by USPS or airmail.
Q: Who is using your mailboxes?

A: Everybody, new companies, established companies, home based businesses, start-ups, non-profit; businesses and individuals that have home or business overseas or in the another city; entrepreneurs that need to fill out business forms and legal documents or open bank accounts (your mailbox is a street address not a P.O. Box so you can do that); home businesses that don’t want their mail to be traced to their private residences; people who travel and cannot accept mail or delivery of packages; husbands, wives, students, roommates; anybody who cares about privacy and security of their business and family.

Q: What documents I have to bring to open a mailbox account?

A: You have to show two identification documents with your current home address; at least one of them has to have your picture. The following is a list of acceptable documents: valid driver’s license or state non-driver’s identification card; armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card; passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance policy. A photocopy of your identification may be retained by agent for verification.

Q: Who is using mail forwarding?

A: People and businesses with homes or businesses overseas and another city; people and businesses that are not always home to accept mail or packages; or anyone who simply wants to remain anonymous and protect their identity and family.

Q: How much does mail forwarding cost?

A: The charge is $5 per forwarding plus cost of shipping and packing supplies.

Q: Do you open my mail?

A: No. We never open your mail unless you request us to do that so we can insert your mail into a new appropriate envelope/box and forward it to you or any other destination you request.
Do you accept delivery of packages or parcels?

A: Yes, we do, as long as it is addressed to you or your business and your mailbox. We have never had a problem with customers are not being able to open a business or bank account using our mailbox address as their physical address. Your address is not P.O. Box, it is a street address.

Q: What items cannot be mailed to my mailbox?

A: The postal service has the following items prohibited from shipping: illegal, explosive, destructive items; guns and weapons; drugs and live material. Items containing drug making material, drugs & pharmaceuticals will be detected and detained by customs. They will not arrive to us and we will cancel our agreement with you and cl

A: We have 24 h surveillance cameras protection, an alarm system, and our store front where mailboxes are located and store front windows facing Ventura Blvd are always lit.

Q: Do you sell boxes, moving, and shipping supplies?

A: Yes, we sell all moving and shipping supplies: boxes, cushioning, packing peanuts, tape, etc.

A: Yes, we will be glad to help you with packing of your items. If you need packing and shipping supplies, we have got everything you might need.
